Quality.In our wheel adapter manufacturing, we hold much closer tolerances than stated by wheel manufacturers. The variety of wheels that are used in these processes are designed for the commercial trucking industry. There are no close tolerances in large truck wheel making beyond D.O.T. specs. Here we check all wheels for roundness and trueness. In fact every one of the steel wheels that leave our plant has been machined to within .005”. In machining the cut 22.0 and 24.0, the flanges are machined to be square with the bead area to properly balance and true the tire on the wheel.

All adapters carry a lifetime warranty.
They can also be exchanged for only $200 if you change models or type of
truck. Most of these adapters are not universal and correct fit is essential.
Expertise. Since we have been in the wheel refinishing process for nearly 30 years,(In addition to building polishing machines). A Large problem with many of these wheel kits is it doesn't allow the user to get the benefit of maximizing the tire wear. Most tire shops don't want to get involved with dismounting, remounting and balancing, Not to mention that the wheels get horribly scratched in the process. These wheels are built to be rotated, and if the wheel is polished on both sides and the tire is balanced with an internal balancing media like equal, the owner will escape the high cost of tire service by just flipping them around in his driveway. For example a good set of Michelin tires should last from 200 to 300,000 miles, to do that will require 4 to six rotation to normalize tire wear. the average cost to have tire work done can be from 200 to 500 per, depending where you are. That is outrageous, when this is not necessary if the wheels are true.

wheel packages that provide rotatable packages. We now also provide a special
protective carnauba coating with all our Category R processed wheels and at
no additional charge. We have most of our wheel line available with wheels
polished on both sides for rotational purposes.
